There were comfortable beds and an iron, coffee/tea making equipment, and multi-channel television inside the room. The location was perfect so very close to many tube lines as well as the Thames Link that leads directly to Gatwick Airport and the staff here was brilliantly helpful and competent. Also, this hotel was situated 4 km from tourist destination like Sherlock Holmes Museum.
